Today I recevied vegitable, which is very poor quality...

Our order ID is DS[protected] item order jenson stainless steel vati size is 5.5" but received 4.25" another item HOME FIRST MANUAL HAND BLENDER missing order ID is DS[protected].

Ive to book a product on dated 19/06/2024 and the delivery date is 20/06/2024 but on that date delivery is not happend and also ware house is calcel my order without my consent...so pls keep a legal action against the warehouse ...

Delivery man is not pick up the phone. I have already call several times. The customer care service is also too week. There are no solution to solve any complain.

I have recently ordered some items from dealshare for upcoming festival diwali, which includes 3 cans of gulab jamun and they all came out to be bad quality and bad taste, also i ordered shoes and they also came out different size, really disappointed in this app, dont recommended, never buy from here

My name is Chandan Shome from Kolakta. I was ordered twice, but I have not received any product till now. last time on July 23, but I did not get my product or any message. On July 6, one phone call ([protected]) came on my mobile in the evening, but unfortunately my phone was troubled at that time, and I was called back a few times from another phone number. But the delivery man refused my phone calls every time, even when I messaged him to call me, which he denied.

I am very surprised, disappointed, shocked, disturbed, and harassed by Dealshare. I appeal to all to please don't give any orders to this e-commerce site for their trap of lies. This is a very unprofessional, indisciplined, unfaithful, and totally fraudulent site.

On 15 April 2023 I placed prepaid order on dealshare app of value Rs 308 . Order is still not delivered but on app it is showing delivered. On complaining many times only response was that we are working on it please wait for some time.

I have make the order on date 26 March 2023 but today 9 April 2023 my order not delivered, i have complaint 3 time but their deal share executive only repeat same line that this order will deliver with in 24 to 72 hr but nothing to be delivered very disappointed service, unprofessional team and behaviour

From 28 Feb 2023 i had been placing order on your app. But again and again on delivery date it's been cancelled by your team and then they discard my order without any call or communication made by me . Now it's been 5th time the same has been occurred again and now I have been frustrated and feeling harassed by your team by again and again doing the same procedure and listening the same response from your side that please place new order . Please help me to resolve this problem asap

I received only 12 products out of 20 and they took money and are not responding properly...

I have complained more times on dealshare customer care, some one has placed order on my dealshare account.
some one has hacked my account, i have cancelled order, but do not under stand who is placing the dealshare order on jaipur address without my information.

I am Sagar Salaskar From Dombivali, Maharashtra, I am really disappointed by the process Dealshare follows to handle their customer problems.

I have one order dated 4th Nov, 2022 amount Rs.321 in this order one is
1 Qty. of kamasutra Spark Men Deodorant - 220 ml, and second is 1+1 Qty. of XOne Deo No-Gas Triumph 130 - ml.
I have already filed a complaint no# 4233919 regarding this on 8.11.2022
Payment is already made online and this order is still delivered but one 1Qty. Shortly received to me but it was showing fully delivered in my Dealshare app.

And ultimately there is no action taken against my issue by Dealshare team.
I have been continuing following up them over calls, mail as well.

From more than 30days I have been chasing to dealshare team and they treat their customers in the worst way !!

Their staff's behaviour is very rude, irritated and worse because they have now started a new trick as they called me just to show that they care about their customers but no one listens to me puts my calls on hold every time and then just disconnects the call.
Their executive members behaviour repeat the same lines every time by saying that they are working on it and gave us some time. But nothing progress is there !!

I have one order (bag id[protected] dated 23.10.2022 amount Rs.855 in which there was 1 item ganesh Besan 500gm amounting Rs.52/- (Order Id is DS[protected] .
At the time of delivery delivery boy told the item will be delivered within 2-3 days or amount will refund.It was showing verified in online stautus in application.
But after that I oberseved that without delivery items it is shwing delivered in mobile online application. the item was not delivered.
I have already filed a complaint no# 4220490 regarding this on 05/11/2022.
I have one order (bag id[protected] dated 05.11.2022 amount Rs.1178 in which there was Same issue faced second item is the delivery comes without cadbury Bournvita 5 star magic 750gm amounting Rs. 321 (Order Id is DS[protected].
It was showing verified in online status in application. I asked Same delivery person, then he told the item will be delivered within 2-3 days or amount will refund.
By past experience on 27/11/2022, I told him please take these(4 items) items with you and come with complete (5 items)order.
Both payment is already made online and this order is still undelivered.
They are cheating and harassing by giving wrong statement which not acceptable for me.
Please refund my 52/- and amount Rs.1178 (bag id[protected] dated 05.11.2022 ASAP.
It is very poor service and bad experience. I have received 4 rt time same issue.
IF you cannot improve your service then I will not give any order in future.

Sir/Mam,
I have recently ordered Car freshner combo pack (Machine/Holder and refill pack) worth Rs 299/- but actual product delivered is only refill pack with Maximum Retail Prise 175/- for which actual payment of Rs 192/- is made.

2. Ordered Smart watch, where in instructions are provided that the device is need to be charged for half hour before initial use but no charger is provided with device/smart watch nor such disclosure is made that item will be delivered without Charger.

order not delivered last 12 days, when i call customer executive he told me that we have already escalated your issue with our team, please allow us some time.

I just want to know why they are running the business when they can't able to deliver the order and take public money.. Is this way they are looting public.& this company banned for cheating public. They don't have any point of contact to reach them. Its really frustrating to keep trying to know about the delivery when u have l already paid for this product it and in the app there is no options available for cancellations or refund to bank. Its ridiculous and dealshare are harrassing public mentally and financially. Strict action is required.

I have ordered on 28th for 17 groceary items and on 30th items starting showing deliver for 439/- which is not yet deliver however total amount 2404 paid at the time of order. no resoultion provided yet apart from everyday giving 24 to 72 hours, finally received a called yesterday from no [protected] and ask for prob and tell will call you in next 10 min and now whenever we call disconnect the call and even not called back yet...complaint already raised on consumer portal Jago Grahak jago with docket# 3801943 still nothing done yet...now going to include everyone on social media like Rajat shekhar, Vaneet Rao, sankar bora etc

First they don't deliver the item on time & and when we do enquiry with customer care executive regarding the delay, they misbehave & don't give any valid reason for delay...By saying delivery in 24 hours, we are yet to receive the items yet after 6 days..Such kind of services they provide..If I will not receive ordered items today, I shall approch consumer court because they are not giving us option to cancel the order to get full refund of our money...My bag Id is 69804020..I have booked on 22/08/2022.

My pending order not deliver order date 05.05.22, and still on 25.08.22 order not delivered by the app shows the order is delivered

This is smriti. I ordered some groceries from Dealshare company on 9th August 2022. But today it is about 12 days but i still not received my order of groceries. And the important thing for me that it is prepaid order i already paid 720 rs for this order. This is very shameful that I didn't got my order and the status was delivered company side.

I request you to help me to solve my problem. If they can't delivered my order then please return my money. I mailed in their company many times but they didn't resposd. I called in their company customer care many times also and they registered my complaint two times which the complaint number is 3554575 & 3580945 and but result is zero. Why this happened with me. this is second time when i trap in this situation. Please help me. Please help me to return my money or please help me to delivered my order.

Dealshare is fraud company. I have ordered items because I was getting a huge discount on every items. I ordered 10 grocery items . But when that item's price become rise that time they used to cancel the order & asking for reorder. If I would reorder that time I will not get that discount & need to buy with high price. This is the intention of this company. The issue what I have explained, I have faced multiple times . I called to customer care, they used to say deliver boy had cancelled the order. I'm going to uninstall this app. Please take step against this company otherwise many people will be cheated by this fraud company.

I ordered groceries from Dealshare India on 31st July 2022 and the expected delivery date of the same was 2nd Aug. But the same has not been delivered till now even after complaining again and again regarding the same. I complained about the order on 7th Aug and they assured me that it would be delivered in the next 24 to 48 hours. I called again after 48 hours but they said that the issue has been escalated to the response team and that action would be taken soon, but after then too there is no update on my order. Now I am calling the respective customer care and getting the same response again and again and there is no resolution of my order today date 16 Aug It's been a Half month over and there is no response and update over my order even after 17th days of ordering.
Now I am worried that If I cancel the order would I even get the refund or not as I have already seen the complaints of the people reporting that their refund is stuck.
