Champak magazine received the payament but even After one month of subscription, magazine is not issued

I subsribed and made the payment for the one whole year in advance on 21st June, 2022... It is 21st july today. One month has passed but I have not received any magazine... If this is going to be the scene... Please return the payment done.. I can not entertain this much of delay and chaos.

Regarding subscription of Champak and Sarita magazine

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have subscribed the Champak and Sarita magazine from Delhi Press Magazine for one year on 8th July and paid a total of 1896 rupees online. It was expected that the magazine get delivered at given address from July last week itself. But I could not get any magazine delivered at my address. After this, I have sent emails to their subscription office and they replied back on 23/07/2020 that my magazines are in transit and it will be delivered to the given address within few days. I did not get the magazine till date.
I request you to kindly do the needful.
