Made an order of Marshall guitar amplifier on 04-dec-2023.with online payment of Rs.7124 /- then I received a call from the same company telling me that the amp. Is actually worth Rs.17500 /- and because of technical issues it was showing the amount of 7500 on the website. Then the lady on the phone call said that they will refund my amount after 1 day. But since then no amount is refunded and they are even not responding to my calls. Kindly look into the matter.

Very fake company they earn money via scam

Order booked on 24 Jan with Online Payment. There is no dispatch till time and there is no response from customer support.

We had placed an order for a microwave on 12/11/2022, Order # 32223 for an IFB 30L convection microwave oven and full payment of Rs. 13, 979/- was paid. It will be one month since the Purchase Order but no delivery in sight. Kindly look into the matter.

I did not receive any communication from seller after order confirmation regarding delivery of the above Order.No.31209, Dated: 30/10/2022.

As per merchant delivery policy, the item in the order should be delivered within 5 days on Order confirmation.

Hence you are requested to examine the order and examine the documents attached and take necessary action against merchant at earliest please.

I had ordered mivi Bluetooth speakers from detech on 12th of august... But haven't received till date... It already had been 15 days. I ordered twice where first order was failed and debited amount from my bank and didn't credited back. No response at all.

I purchased a printer from their site and they do not have the item in stock. (just a lie as the product just lists as available). They informed that the item is out of stock and so they cannot help. I asked for a refund and they stopped responding.

There is a person Ravina and shubham who are running this scam. If you call them they will tell that its out of stock and so they cannot help..

This is a fake website..

Steps i took:
1. Go to razorpay support and lodge a dispute there (usually they sit with that for weeks)
2. Call your credit card and open a chargeback or your bank and initiate a dispute.

I am still waiting to get my money back.

I order one volleyball from detec.in and didn't received volleyball or tracking details.
I am paid 365 rupees.

We order from our pvt ltd company 2 jaguar toilets. It's been 70 days never got product never got refund. Spoke with several numbers there alll quit job no one respond.

I ordered a used TVS gold keyboard on[protected] order no. 22540. but till date no delivery, calling customer care no response. there is whatsapp customer service, i send message and they mute the message. they are not refund . there is no cancel option in website. looks very suspicious. somebody please help recover my money and take action, thankyou.

I have ordered notebooks from DETEC.IN (detec devices private limited). I placed order on 5th July. The website said that you will be notified of your item within sometime through sms or email.
The website says that your item will be delivered within 4 to 5 working days.
Today is July 13 and I have not received any form of text or email or anything and I don't even know the status of my product. There is no option in their website to know order status.
I have tried contacting them but of the mentioned 9 10 phone number and email address I have received no response No one picks calls no one replies to emails.
I want to cancel order but there is no option
Also I have already paid using debit card and I want my money refunded.
