I bought motorola home theater from detec.in company whose order id is #50833 i paid through icici credit card today it's been 7 days i didn't get my home theater nor any satisfactory answer i was cheated on their customer care call Not picking up either

I ordered one product in detec.in website but it's not came till this date i ordered on November 4 there is no update status on my order i contacted them in many ways like Gmail, istagram, Facebook and even called them but they didn't respond to anything I request u to plz slove my problem I lost 708 rupees it is very high amount for me plz slove this 🙏🙏

I have paid for an order no mentioned in the subject .

It's for a set of switch indicators which were not available in local market . But there is no response after placing order . It's been almost a month .

Have order a TASCAM MIXCAST 4 mixer on Aug 29, 2022. Invoice screen shot attached. Payment was completed in full. Initially this group has been dodging that the product is no more available in the market.

They wanted to sell some old product as an option.

Once I explained they came and said, they are ordering from parent company and deliver by Sep 15th 2022. The team sent the photograph on WhatsApp stating product received from parent company and due to cost increase I have to pay additional 15k.

Now they sent a way bill no which shows status (refer way bill attachment). But it's showing in transit for past 5 days. The team is not taking phone calls and not responding to messages.

Website doesn't have option to cancel. It's more than 12 days from the date committed for delivery. Please take necessary action and help me with this.

I ordered a all in one pc from detec.in it shows the pc is available in the shop
After 5 days of order I got call from there sales manager and they told me about product unavailable and if you need it you have to pay 2000 more mean that 33000+2000 = 35000 it cost i paid that to this sits link of razor payment system and sent them a screenshot on their company WhatsApp number [protected] after a one month i purchased product is still not even dispatched and they never replied my calls and my emails or never tried to email me for this plz help

I ordered a printer on their site and paid for the same. They do not deliver the product and despite so many followups they dont deliver anything. Money is lost and we have to dispute to get the money back!!
