Order Id - EP6049641, I ordered grocery on 13th Sep from Dhani site by paying online UPI.from later from Dhani side all my orders of 929/- rs cancelled due to unavailability. I got massage that amount of 678.97/- rs refunded in my account. But amount 250 rs is deducted for Free essentials vitamin kits (order id[protected] that i didn't order. I want my whole amount i.e. 250/- rs to be refunded immediately.
If you don't have materials in stock why do you show availability in your app. Status showing delivered that free kit that you charged me but i didn't received any. Pls fix your website malfunction.

Still I didn't get the order, and my order status is showing it's already Delivered . I complained 10 times in Chat and still didn't solve my issue...

Not refunding money for cancelled orders

I have placed three orders i.e
Order ID- EP3674319 for rs349 dt. 23/05/2022
Order ID- EP 3687838 for rs119 dt. 24/05/2022
Order ID- EP 3771767 for rs36 dt. 26/05/2022
All these orders are cancelled but they haven't issued the refund for any of these orders till yet.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
