I am a customer of IndiaBulls Dhani. I have taken a credit limit of Rs. 50000 which monthly subscription fees, I have clreared their fees and on the same day they have inactivated my credit line. After several intimation through mail, phone call they didn't activate my Credit Line. Only they call and aske "it will take another 7days" blah blah. But that another 7days didn't come till now. Simply, in this way they are looting customer, cheating with customer like me during this pandemic situation. Requesting to refund my subscription n activation..since I haven't use their service for the few months. I don't need the service any more.there is no pending, please refund the amount.

Need immediate action.

Dhani One Freedom Card is completely useless card as these fraud people charge @72% a year as a subscription fees and gives only 12-24% cashback which is illegal and fraud. They charged almost 48-60% interest a year after deducting cashback which is crime and needs to take legal action against these people. We are filing a PIL against these fraud people in the coming days. If any one has been victim of these fraud people then you can contact us on [protected] or email us on [protected]@gmail.com.

Every month they are auto debit the amount and it is not credited to my one freedom account and calls center are calling daily without checking the payment and I have mailed to dhani support till 20 mails i have send but no response till date they are only taking the money and not credited the amount to one freedom then how can customer can use the freedom Card to purchase and they are using activation charges 500 every month but after paying also they not activated the account nearly 15000 amount to be credited most of the people are facing same problem kindly resolve the complaint

TILL NOW THE AMOUNT NOT CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT AND ONE FREEDOM CARD ALSO NOT ACTIVATED MY ACCOUNT STATEMENT ALSO SHARED TO REPRESENTATIVE THEY ARE TELLING THAT AMOUNT CREDIT TO MY AC ON DATE BUT STATEMENT ALSO SHOW THAT ZERO AMOUNT RECEIVED THEY HAVE TOLD THAT WILL SEND MAIL TO HEAD OFFICE BUT I HAVE SEND 25 MAILS NO RESPOND AND CONTINUOUS CALLS AND SMS THAT TO PAY THE EMI KINDLY TAKE NECESSARY ACTION TO REFUND MY AMOUNT AND TO CLEAR MY DUE

I'm a dhani one freedom credit line user. & I've been using this credit facility since past almost 2 months now. I always pay my EMI's/Dues on time & never skip payments. But for past couple of days I've been asked to pay the whole amount instead paying it in 3 monthly EMI's this is ridiculously wrong. I opted for this facility since they offered 3 monthly interest free repayments. & Now there are asking me to pay the whole amount at once stating pay to activate your card. This is disgusting, I never thought this would happen. They should have told about this earlier & i would never join dhani. I urge people not to fall into this scam & instead go for alternatives such as slice pay. I hope dhani fixes this.

As per my dhani card subscription charge one month charge is 500 only but in app still it is showing that 1500 to pay and i already paid 4500 and there is no use of this card and i have paid my due and payment not credit to my account 10000 rupees total 14500/- to be refund by dhani and i have send the mail nearly 20 times and statement also but no action taken due to corona situation every one suffer on payment but they are asking the due to pay and not even thinking about customers money

Am sanshya sar, my id which is on dhani one freedom [protected], i have done my transection on 1620.80 rupees on 28th january 2022 at 8.38 p.M from dhani eallet to my sbi account, but today 2 february at 11.08 a.M till now my ammount is not credited, i have contact very time to dhani customer care through mail ir call but they are nit solve my problem, and they are given me time and time, so this is the reason for i want your help.I have go sbi branch, i have contacted sbi customer, but they were said that, no amount has been send from your dhani eallet to your bank account, my transection id is kly9yijjilkha4cs

I have taken the One dhani freedom card two months ago. Suddenly my card is inactive and they are asking me to pay the full amount. I have been paying all my dues on time and never missed any payment since I joined. They are now charging me late fees and also asking me to pay subscription fees when my card is inactive from their side. I sent several emails but no response. Please look into it as it's a mental and financial torture from Dhani.

I'll order the one freedom card two times but delivered in my address I'll call daily but not response from dhani side and I'll block the card also and I order the new card that also not delivered in my address

I am one of the dhani customer..on jan/24/2022 i have been transferred money 650rs and 16rs from dhani wallet to my bank account but the money is not received to my bank account..and also there is a no proper response to to me..so kindly take care of this problem

I can't use my Dhani daily credit limit as it shows irrelevant dues of 9545.
I have paid all my current dues but it's still showing the due now as 9545 which is not my due amount the next due date for payment of 500 is 6th feb 2021.

Have sent multiple mails as well as call too, still the problem is not solved. I have attached all the screenshots and mail as well. My card is showing as inactive even after paying all dues till current day .

Very bad customer support fake promise's, at the very first time they said they are updating their systems so kindly wait for one day, next they said I have to pay my due now amount which is 499 rupees.
I paid that also still the same message and fake dues are being shown in the app.

And i am unable to use my credit limit.

I added 2400 in my dhani wallet through Google pay and money is successfully paid through google pay but not received in my dhani pay wallet please check
