These people are cheats. Have infact found innovative ways to cheat.

Will first call you to pay for a service and make promises. They would have your profile in hand with all the details and also relevant opening. Then they will ask to pay 5250 INR and promise to assign a RM to take further and for scheduling interviews. Later RM will ask further money. (I was asked 18000). Ask for explanation and they will give cheap analogies...
