Fastag not received yet
Same problem. Fooling people taking orders but not delivered from Paytm and E-commerce as Paytm why spoiling their name taking this type of dealers.
I ordered on August 7th and delivery was on 9th but not yet received and moreover customer care giving false reply and commitment. My Vehicle number is KA03AK2877, REGISTER NUMBER

Replacement of fastag
I had applied replacement of fastag on 1 July 2022 and they promised to deliver the same by 4th July 2022. Today is 8th July 2022, still they have not shipped this. They are misguided me when i have contacted with them.

Sir i have booked my fastag on 17th feb for my 2 cars, and it was shown delivery by 19th it was ok for me as i have to out of station on 20th of feb but today is 25th nothing is shown no one came its totaly wrong i am attaching some screem shorts for same..pls do something asap.

Not received the item
I have paid through paytm mall for "fastag for vehicle no. Jh10an1735" on 18th august. The status is showing "order has been placed and due delivery on 21 august". The order no is [protected]. It is almost one month past, till i have not received the fastag.
I communicate the same to paytm mall. But no action has been taken till now.

I have paid INR 350/- for fastag for my car PB09E5006. Delivery date of fastag was showing 19th March but fastag not received till 8PM.
