I've purchased a slipper combo pack from their website on 31st May 2023 order no CF9133 which was fully paid in advance. They claim PAN India delivery under 3 days which is not true my package took more than 8 days to be delivered.
The product delivered to me was size 10 perhaps my order was for size 11. Initially they weren't responding to my emails after several attempts they sent me a form which doesn't have size 11 as a replacement...

I ordered a pair of slippers and made the payment online but I have not received any update about product delivery and not received the product yet....

I will order for a few days, but your product has not yet arrived i allredy pay for this product payment...

I have made this payment but have not given me any details I will get my product or not of the order.
