I've purchased a slipper combo pack from their website on 31st May 2023 order no CF9133 which was fully paid in advance. They claim PAN India delivery under 3 days which is not true my package took more than 8 days to be delivered.
The product delivered to me was size 10 perhaps my order was for size 11. Initially they weren't responding to my emails after several attempts they sent me a form which doesn't have size 11 as a replacement option. They've very comfortably been changing their policies via google forms and now want me to bare shipping charges of rs200 for a mistake that isn't on my part. As of today they have stopped responding to me on all social media channels
