Non refund of full amount
I had booked a air ticket through your site which Booking ID was EMT[protected]. Due to operational issues, the flight was cancelled and also a cancel request forwarded on 25 Feb 2024. However, after seven working days, the full refund was not processed. When i contacted with customer care they told me to be refund the same post receive from air lines. In addition, i also spoke to air lines, they just informed to get your refund from your booking agency.
Secondly, easy my trip denied to refund and told me that the flight was not cancelled it was on schedule. When i gave a conference call with air line and easymytrip agency, the easymytrip agency assured for refund.
Despite numerous contact with easymytrip, i neither get my full refund nor any satisfied reply.
Thirdly, i booked my air ticket for myself (Single booking), how it became a group booking. Please clarify and also request to refund the full amount as soon as possible.

Team, let me share my bad experience with your booking site.
On 13th September we made family booking for 23 passengers on GoAir flight G8 501 traveling from Hyderabad to Cochin on12th Nov 22.
On 27th Sep, by sighting technical reason airlines has cancelled the flight 45 days before the actual journey without any alternate arrangements being made.
Though the airlines has completely refunded the bases fare, taxes & fees, but EaseMyTrip has deducted the conveyance charges of ₹300 per passenger which is about ₹6, 900/-
Even after multiple follow ups with the EasyMyTrip call center team couldn't resolve the issue and we have been given different reasons.
Now we all feel that we have been betrayed and cheated by EaseMyTrip booking site and has entirely spoiled our travel plans. It’s our big mistake for keeping trust and choosing EaseMyTrip. So be careful with EaseMyTrip site.

Non refund of my cancelled flights.
We booked tickets lucknow/dehradoon/lucknow.Which were cancelled by indigo air.
Flight booking ref.P.N.R.Osndb4 amount 2448/
do do do p.N.R.Errvkk amount 1456/.
As per air lines confirmation they have refunded the amount to you which is not refeunded to me till date.
You are advised to take immediate action for the refund of above amounts.

Worst cab service from easymy trip- booking id: emt94431295
Hi,
Like to inform you that I had made the cab booking from Patna Airport to Marasa Sarovar Premiere, Bodhgaya.
The total fare from Patna Airport to Marasa Sarovar Premiere, Bodhgaya was Rs.3343/-, out which I had paid the partial amount of Rs.502/- online and the balance was to be paid Rs.2841/-.’

During booking it was mentioned at Dirvers are professionals: “ Experienced and polite drivers with well-serviced, comfortable cabs.
And the driver will wear mast, and the Cab will be neat and clean.
To my surprise the Dirver of the Car, was not wearing mask, THE AC OF THE CAR WAS NOT FUNCTIONING (AS INFORMED BY THE DIRVER) THROUGH OUT THE JOURNEY THE AC WAS NOT PUT ON. THIS THE WORST EXPERIENCE FROM EASY MY TRIP.
THE CAB WAS NOT ALL CLEAN. THERE WAS A WHITE CLOTH ON WHICH THERE WERE PAN DROPS.
I HAD ALL THE CALL CENTER ON PHONE NO.:[protected] TIME 12.08 ON 23RD FEB, 2022 AND INFORMED THE CALL THAT THE AC IN THE CAR IS NOT FUNCTIONING. (TATA NEXON WHICH IS SUPPOSE TO BE A NEW CAR). THE DIRIVING WAS VERY RASH, AS HE HAS TO PICK UP SOME ONE FROM GAYA BEFORE 6.00PM. THE CALL CENTER INFORMED ME THAT I WILL RECEIVE A CALL FROM THE SERVICE PROVIDER. BUT TO MY SURPRISE I HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL FROM THE SERVICE PROVIDER NOR THE CALL CENTRE OF EASYMY TRIP.

Amount is deducted from bank account but ticket not booked nor amount refund
I have booked tickets from murtajapur to nanded two times of the amount 406 first and then 766. Amount is deducted from my bank account but ticket is not done.
Also the amount is not refunded.
Plz reply when I will get my refund.

Dear Sir
This is regarding my PNR GIE2FP with Indigo airlines. The airlines had rescheduled a flight from their end and it was not suitable for me so they cancelled from their end by mentioning that full refund is initiated to me from their end.
However, I had reached easymytrip customer care around 5 to 10 times and they are telling no full refund. I had received a credit note and email confirmation from airlines but these people are not telling about that and informing me that no full refund. It is really cheating trusted customer hopes. Please help me as It is my hard earned money

However, my travel agent is mentioning that he didnt receive any confirmation from your end for full refund. Can you please quickly confirm about it as I am really irritated to explain these to travel agency (Easemytrip).

Me and my family planned to travel to Delhi from Coimbatore for a relative marriage and we took ticket very earlier for an amount of Rs.28144 for 8 persons but due to lockdown situation flight cancelled, we contacted the Air India but they told as Ease my trip through which we took ticket, then we try to contact Ease my trip no response. Till now (19/01/21) our refund not came. Details of ticket is below please give our money back as government ordered also supreme court ordered.

During our visit to i have taken help of truejet airline person for web check-in. He confirmed the second passenger it is found the second passenger name as name of first passenger

Me and my spouse had planned a trip to leh ladakh in the month of september and came across the "easymytrip" company people.
They gave us a complete itinerary and discussed in detail about the trip as well. Not only were these guys convincing enough to get us to book our trip with them but they also wanted an advance of inr 10000 from us through their paytm account.
After payment due to so called ticket unavailability till leh they said they'll cancel our trip and refund our money wholly. We gave them one weeks time and were constantly in touch with him through phone but every time he used to say it'll get settled in a week, which never happened of course and finally one day when we called them up all their numbers were switched off and has remained so ever since.
If any of you come across them please do not pay them any money else you'll end up getting duped they are quite witty and cunning when it comes to this. Pls don't make the same mistake as we did and report these guys to the police immediately. Always better to go thru reputed and trustworthy holiday planners. Will never forget ṭhis lesson.

Guys please be aware when doing any booking (flight/hotel) by easymytrip. I had a very bad experience with them. I had booked a tour package which I had cancelled due to some personal emergency and when I asked them to refund my booking amount, they agreed upon to pay half of the booking amount. But it's being more then a month, I didn't get my refund amount and when ever trying to call customer care, they always give some execuse and drop my call. Finally after doing lots of call, stoped calling them.
