I Smti Abhaya Chakraborty from Dharmanagar Tripura ordered one Solimo stainless steel momo maker through your website on 13.01.2024 and paid Rs 499 via Paytm through the provided link given in the page of eazyshope.com while ordering. But surprisingly till today no message about despatch of the item received nor I am able to track my order due to unknown reason. The contact number and email id given in the page in not working. Kindly help...

I have ordered a product Jan 4, 2024 of amount rs 598 but not received any confirmation and they are not responding to mails and contact no is invalid kindly help us in getting refund of amount paid by online method...

I Have checked for bread toaster in google.com and found cheaper in the eazyshope.com and placed order. it is asked my to pay through phonepay through scanning a code and paid Rs.399 in Name of Mahakal Enterprise.
please see that I will receive my money back....
