I Smti Abhaya Chakraborty from Dharmanagar Tripura ordered one Solimo stainless steel momo maker through your website on 13.01.2024 and paid Rs 499 via Paytm through the provided link given in the page of eazyshope.com while ordering. But surprisingly till today no message about despatch of the item received nor I am able to track my order due to unknown reason. The contact number and email id given in the page in not working. Kindly help me to get the ordered item or refund my money. I am attaching the payment screenshot for your reference.
