Returning of a faulty Lenovo weighing machine

I had purchased a Lenovo weighing machine in the month of March 2022. I had barely used it for 10 days on a regular note, when it stopped functioning. I had previously registered a complaint over here in the month of May. But to my utter dismay, without taking any action, the case was shown as resolved. So I am lodging the complaint again, over here. I want to return the faulty machine & an immediate deposit of the amount of the machine in my account.

Malfunctioning of the recently purchased weighing machine
A Lenovo Weighing machine was purchased from Ecom Capital in the month of March 2022, & had been delivered by Xpressbees. Since it's purchase, it wasn't working properly, showing abrupt measurements. And just after 10-12 days, it stopped showing any measurements. We had even changed the battery & inserted another new one to see that it was still not functioning.
