I have purchased two computer chairs online from your website www.elcone.in. And as of date I have not received any communication about the status of my orders. I had also sent an email to the contact us link given in the www.elcone.in at [protected]@elcone.in, but the email could not be delivered and there are means to contact the company as no one picks up the given pone.

The details of the order numbers given by me are as follows:

Please look into the fraudulent website and the online looters so that such goons can be prevented from online frauds.

Order placed with full payment of 2799/- on 21/p. Order number as in website 203345 Item not dispatched and no refund made

I have paid Rs.5499 for purchase of iPhone 13 Pro refurbished phone. The order status shows as processing from day 1. After that the website itself not found. No phone calls going and email not working. I don't know how to get back the money. please help.

I had placed order for ACER lap top on 21/9 and my order number is 20335 .Till date no despach has taken place .No response to my repeated E-Mails

Yesterday i.e on 11/09/2022 I booked a Refurbished Cycle from elcone website for Rs.2521 with
Order No.#166053 and payment was done from my SBI account.
However when I tried to contact customer care number provided by the website is not working.
Even there is no response from customer care email.
This site is seems to be fraud site.
Kindly investigate the same and help me out to refund my money.

I give two orders and I pay 6900 rupees and I didn't receive any order and I call many time message many time WhatsApp many time but no response and calling number continued switched off

On the 2nd of September-2022 I had made online purchase of refurbished desktop computer monitor for Rs2206//- as per the advertisement of Elcone, through my ICICI Bank account with UPI :[protected]. The money was deposited in favour of RAJVI FASHION, Surat. After that there was message received for acknowledging the receipt of money nor any commitment of date by which the product will be delivered. I tried to contact on the no. mentioned in their website but to no avail. I had even sent an email to [protected]@elcone.in, but no response was received. I had even sent a message on their WhatsApp no and tried to make a WhatsApp call, but there was no response. Kindly stop the fake company from siphoning the hard earned money from the public falling prey to their tricks.

I have ordered Samsung refurbished TV 43" from ELCONE.IN and paid Rs. 1199/- on 24.08.2022. I have made the payment through Paytm. After making the payment I found that the payment had gone to one PATOLIYA ENTERPRISE account by default. Instead of taking the payment directly into ELCONE.IN account, they have cleverly diverted the payment to this PATOLIYA ENTERPRISE account so that they can disown having received any payment from the customers....

When I realised that I have fallen prey to their fake online ad. I tried to contact ELCONE through their EMAIL address "[protected]@elcone.in" but without any success. I think I have lost my money for no purpose. I only wish that more and more people should not get swindled by such unscrupulous elements in our society. I request the concerned authorities to take stringent action against these fake online business companies and bring them before the law. I also request the concerned authorities to treat this letter as my complaint and take whatever action possible. If they need proof and any further details regarding the payment, Iam prepared to submit the same.
