Not given the leads as they have promised to give 20 customers verified contact details for insurance business

They asked me to pay 11800rupees, so that they are promised to give 20 leads. But after the payment they are Not given the leads as they have promised to give 20 customers verified contact details for insurance business.
After the said payment, they are not picking call, and not sending any customers detail. Also they are forcing me to pay 35000 rupees to get verified contacts

We are not getting proper reply from company members after payment they do not respond to our call
