I bought eyeglasses from eyemyeye.com with power glasses, and received Dtd.19/08/2023 from delhivery courier service. Product in damaged condition as per attached images, i was raised return request due to damaged product ( i.e Colour of product near nose vanish ) after return the product eyemyeye company said that QC failed and refund cancelled.
I called customer care regarding this issue and they said that original product missing...

I ordered a computer glass on 17th of September and it says that they'll deliver it by 3-5 working days but it's been more than 10 days and they always give the excuse of operational problem every single time i speak to them. I am so frustrated and never gonna order from this company every again. Kindly help me with my problem 😭...
