I bought eyeglasses from eyemyeye.com with power glasses, and received Dtd.19/08/2023 from delhivery courier service. Product in damaged condition as per attached images, i was raised return request due to damaged product ( i.e Colour of product near nose vanish ) after return the product eyemyeye company said that QC failed and refund cancelled.
I called customer care regarding this issue and they said that original product missing and you returned the wrong product hence your refund has been cancelled.
