they have added too much late fees like 70% ...i asked support about it but no response proper..biggest mistake of my life i used company like this...

I have taken lone of 10000 rs on jan 28
With three emi option
28 feb is my first emi due date but app show only full payment why
I have agreement of three months payment
So hw i can pay full emi one time
There r three months agreement
So concern about this

My loan (Loan ID 16783881, Amount: Rs. 10000/-) with FairMoney has ended in November 2021 (First EMI Due Date: 17/09/2021 and Last EMI Due Date: 17/11/2021). But the app notified me to pay the EMI for December 2021 also and by mistake I paid the amount. Now the app is showing that my next EMI is in January 2022. As I have fully repaid the loan amount; please rectify the error in your database and in the app.
