My loan (Loan ID 16783881, Amount: Rs. 10000/-) with FairMoney has ended in November 2021 (First EMI Due Date: 17/09/2021 and Last EMI Due Date: 17/11/2021). But the app notified me to pay the EMI for December 2021 also and by mistake I paid the amount. Now the app is showing that my next EMI is in January 2022. As I have fully repaid the loan amount; please rectify the error in your database and in the app.
Moreover, arrange to Refund the amount (Rs. 3535/-) which I paid extra for the month of December 2021 at the earliest.
