Ordered clothes drying rack through Walmart from a store in Household Goods in Brooklyn that I did not receive.
Fedx showed the item as being delivered. Contacted Household Goods and received no compensation for the Clothes dry ing rack. Filed a Fedx claim. They denied my claim. stating it was delivered. Also I, not the shipper should have added signature request
Household Goods is the shipper. not me....

Across the street had a delivery by FedEx the FedEx driver when backing up leaving ran in and destroyed my mailbox. It’s on ring video so I have the video of it...

As per our data, we have booked the shipment on[protected] from now till date Fedx is not delivering the shipment to the customer.

We have already tracked this shipment, the details are " Tendered to authorized agent for final ".
