Fedx — Product not received

Ordered clothes drying rack through Walmart from a store in Household Goods in Brooklyn that I did not receive.
Fedx showed the item as being delivered. Contacted Household Goods and received no compensation for the Clothes dry ing rack. Filed a Fedx claim. They denied my claim. stating it was delivered. Also I, not the shipper should have added signature request
Household Goods is the shipper. not me.
