They are not giving any respect to the customers and not answering properly very rude behavior.

Such a worst service never came across we the customer doesn't have to please help from u .you people are from us we are not from you....

This complaint is from bidrahali ( avalahalli, Bangalore ) old chicken was served food poison occurred .. take necessary action

The Thai crispy, Crunchy masala ordered at Ramamurthy Nagar Main Road was not good. Everyone got food poison and hospitalized.. kindly take a severe action against the store...

I ordered crunchy masala and recived Thai crispy instead and chicken fingers and received nuggets the chicken too old

As per the above subject The shopkeeper is selling the food that is stale, inedible and expired and doesn't care about the issue and challenges no one can do anything about it

Please look into the matter and kindly resolve this

I buy today smoky chicken and popcorn in ramanagara 562159 five star store but chickn popcorn only 6-7 smal peace and smoky chiken also small and its a old chicken peace

There is a old chicken use in bucket chicken pieces. Worst product

Its happened in five star chicken chennai mapped branch camproad tambaram opposite of bharath college of arts and science on 06/02/21 at 9.30 pm finally complaint is customer told that chicken is not properly cooked its smells in a awful way i think its spoiled because its smells not good at that time customer complaint about a chicken then worker started to use a abusive words against a customer even at time another customer feels the same...

This is my second time complaint with regard to Buckets are not providing to customers. Early in January 2020. I visited Indiranagar Branch at Bangalore and ordered 5 pieces chicken mini bucket as per the menu card for Ra. 320/- but they fooled giving me the chicken in cover instead Bucket. When I asked them they said currently Buckets are issued to any customers. Then I raised the concern with relevant team. They asked me to visit the same franchise to discuss and apologies. So I respected them and made my time and came all the way. When I stepped inside to the shop with area manager the shop incharge person was so badly staring me asked what happened? So rudely. And he screaming there that it is not my problem we are not getting stock what we have to do ? He insulted me so badly I was so disappointed and walked out. Then again I wrote a mail to concern team still now no response. Very strange ! I feel team managers are very inefficiency. Time again, So after 10 month today I visited other franchise which is at Frazer Town Branch at Bangalore. I ordered a 10 pieces chicken with large buckets size specifically. After making the payment. I was checking with the incharge person hope I will get with buckets only. He was so arrogant saying sorry buckets are not available any more, manufacture are stopped 2 years back only. When I called them today and sharing my experience while I was in shop. The reply is so poor handling and standard in spite of reaching all the Five star higher opps still worst response and no resolution yet.

They literally fooling customers ! Some body should seriously look in to this and take necessary action.

I visited five star chicken and order hungary bird burger which costed me 78 rs and the burger was having 40 rs road side burger even road side burger tastes delicious this burger was so pathetic and at the same time i told load this burger doesn't look like the one which is in the your display screen. She was speaking in kannada which i don't understand i told her in hindi and english which she doesn't understand but she understood my parents my point and told me in kannada this guy is still in the training if the guy is still in the training how she can fool the customer and charge the same amount of money without having the professional guy in the outlet

I have ordered a veg burgar from five star chicken abbigere, once the order was ready.. I asked him again "is this a veg burgar" and the shop owner told yes sir this is veg burgar. But when i took a bite.. It was smelling and then i went and complaint at the counter that veg burgar is smelling and sudden one person standing there told sir it's not a veg burgar, it's a chicken burgar. I am a pure vegetarian and i don't eat non veg. But these people who take the frenchaise of five star chicken don't even know the difference between veg and non veg burgar. Worst experience with 5 star chicken. I will never suggest any one to go there.
