Have ordered Tynor Finctional knee support size L with order id [protected]. When I have received the order not even a cellotape was there in the packet. And the inner packet was a tramsperant reusable plastic which could be easily opened without cutting the packet and restored in exact condition.By looking at the size only we understood that Unfortunately the size L will not be suitable for her and she will need XL or XXL size.So within...

Dear Sir/Madam,
I ordered medicines in Flipkart Health Plus on 29.08.23 bearing order No [protected] for amount of Rs.2303 and the parcel was delivered to us on 01.09.23 evening. I opened the Parcel in evening at 8.15PM and found no medicines were placed in the Parcel and empty pads were inserted in the parcel and not even 1 tablet was available in the parcel.
Immediately I called customer care at 8.30PM and they took the complaint and told that they will check with the backend team and will revert back. I received a call on 02.09.23 and told that they will check and come back but I did not get any call from the team again even after several done by me almost 10-15 times.
I was completely disappointed that Flipkart people don’t know the importance of medicines and due to their this kind of behavior I missed the medicines for 5days which can do much harm to health.
So I would like to get refund along with compensation of 4 times of the amount paid by me as they were unable to deliver the medicines in time.
Your earliest action is highly appreciable.

I had also faced same issue. This is 3Rd time very late delivery and no customer care. Worst experience with Flipkart health plus. Ordered on 11th. Delivery was 13-09. But did not receive the medicines even after 3 days. Escalated every day, response was 24 hours resolution time but no response or reply to me. I went through the very tough time to get medicines. It got delivered today after so many escalations. Very poor customer care... I am a customer of Flipkart, but never faced this kind 3 times continuously. Worst app don't think of buying

The flipkart health plus supplier shipped medicines with the worst possible company ever DELHIVERY. Waybill: [protected], Flipkart health plus order no: [protected]
They simply never attempt delivery and say could not be delivered because the receiver was not available, where as receiver never received any call for all 4 days, 4 attempts from 12th May to 15th May 2023
Gave alternate phone number, neighbor option under tracking, raised more than 10 concerns in 4 days with Delhivery, no use. Got so tired and frustrated and contacted flipkart helath plus and they themselves did nothing other than loose talks of taking complaint, raising issue etc. Upto date no resolution. I am requesting for refund and that is also not happening. Suggest to never buy medicines with Flipkart health plus. Have first hand experience with many other online medicines order and they are 100 times better than flipkart.

Regarding invoice
I uploaded two seperate prescription one of my father and another of my mother.I categorically reminded the executive that I require two seperate invoice against my two orders.They assured me as such and I was told that after verification of my prescription the same shall be done.After confirmation I intended to know the status of my invoice and found that there was a single order and I presumed that only single invoice shall be generated and therefore called the customer service for the factual position and found that I was correct.Flipkart health was neither ready to cancell my order nor ready to split the invoice in to two Repeatedly they say that it's not possible to do the either.This is a very embarassing situation and the executives are really very unhelpful and ignorant about the process.Very bad experience.

They are never punctual about a delivery, customer support is worst in this case. They are super unprofessional in complaints handling, some say one thing and others say different. They deliver medicines like an ordinary item, your order today And they will deliver after freaking 3-4 days. Do a person orders medicine in need or for fun? Receiving them after 4 days. And they make the same excuse every time. WE ARE HIGHLY SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED.

Order cancelled without reason
I ordered few medicines on Flipkart health plus for the first time on 15th April . I got call several times from the verification team and explained the medicines, dosages etc. even though they are mentioned on the prescription. Then today evening I got sms saying my order was cancelled and was not provided any reason. Upon calling custom care, I was told that I am only allowed to reorder the medicine. Medicine order cancelled for no reason
I ordered few medicines on Flipkart health plus for the first time on Feb 26th and also uploaded relevant prescription. I got call several times from the verification team and explained the medicines, dosages etc. even though they are mentioned on the prescription. Then today, Feb 27th, I got sms saying my order was cancelled and was not provided any reason. Upon calling custom care, I was told that I am only allowed to order prescription medicines for 1 month, and one of my medicines were ordered for 2months as per prescription, however this information was not provided anywhere on the app as well as not mentioned by the verification team. This is severely unprofessional. The verification team could have informed me and reduced the amount of that particular medicine without cancelling the whole order. I am still waiting for my refund and told it will take 24 hours. I am still unsure if they refund to bank or the Flipkart health plus wallet.

I ordered a Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser(for All Skin Types) 1000 ML from flipkart health plus but I received a wrong and damaged product. The product that I ordered was for all skin types but I received it for dry to normal skin type and as it is a medical product it could have harmed my skin. Other than this the product was damaged, the cap of the bottle was not present on the bottle not even in the box, the seal was broken and it was spilled in the box. I raised a return for 4 times but it also got rejected, sometimes from flipkart side and sometimes from ekart logistics. Now it is going to be 2 months from the delivery date (7th July 2022) but still now there's so response from their side. Other than this I've also registered my complaint on INGRAM (Docker number 3668264) on date 18/07/2022 but then also I've not received resolution. I want them to take this product back and return my money in my bank account and not in any type of gift voucher or their in app e-wallet.

Safe wash premium liquid detergent ( buy one get one and santoor hand wash 750ml free).. This was our order and we get today only one Safe wash bottle only, there is not other bottle and santoor hand wash. So please do the needful or we have to return it. please tell me how can I contact you, your phone number [protected] is also not working.
This is for your kind notice that please settle my issue as soon as possible otherwise I will take legal action against your company, that you are doing fraud, in my order safe wash premium liquid detergent buy 1 get 1 and Santoor hand wash free 750mg. People please don't buy from Flipkart health plus this is cheating website. If you place order with online payment forget about your money and about product. Neither you will get product nor money back. Even after i mailed so many time to customer care and frequent call to customer executive i dint get back my money/ product. So please don't order from this site.

Wrong delivered product and complaint against company and their customers care executive for not refund or replacement of products
I had ordered Cetaphil face wash for all skin type of 1000 ml of 2 quantity costing RS. 1850 on 28th aug., 2022 but I received the Cetaphil face wash for dry skin on 30th aug., 2022 which is harmful for my skin. I contacted customers care no. [protected] Everyday from 30th aug to till today 6 sept., They are using only one sentence our team is working on it and will get back to you within 24 working hours. But till now they have not given me any solution. Today on 6th September I called the customer care executive without saying any issue I just tell the male executive to just my complaint which I raised. He is directly saying that mam there is no such complaint is raised with your register no. But from the 30th aug, I talk to many executive they are just giving me false assurance that I have raised the complaint on priority basis. And today the executive is saying as the 8 days gone we can't do open complaint you will not get any refund or replacement. I want my refund amount. I have call history and the mail which i had sended to care.[protected]@flipkart.com. and as it is misleading the customer shut down the company.

Worst and pathetic Customer service
I had ordered medicines, doc called and approved medicines but later got an update stating the order cancelled telling can not approve.
Later placed another order and got the medicines.
Called customer service but they keep disconnecting the calls. Guess there is no monitoring done on these unfaithful employees.
Later Needed to return 1 of the medicines and when the delivery guy arrived to pickup he did not accept the medicines telling the box is missing. Now how on earth will I give him the box when I did not receive it myself.. tried to explain but again no help, he threw the medicines on the street and went. That was the only thing left to come across .. you guys have hired gundas I guess..
Later called again customer service to report it and guess what they disconnected my call multiple times.
Later placed another order and got the medicines.

Worst delivery and Customer care response of Flipkart health Plus
Dear All of Flipkart Health Plus,
Sorry to inform you that I have faced so many problems after placing the order for Diabetes Medicine on 25th July`2022 at around 10:00am. Further I requested customer care at 10:10am to attempt fast delivery as my diabetes medicine has been misplaced and not taken yesterday.
Customer care ensured me to provide delivery as much as possible but today (26th July`2022), I called them again at around 1:15pm and they have given direct number of HealthBuddy Lifeserve Pharmacy ([protected]) and ensued me to get delivery by today 6:00pm and same has been conveyed by HealthBuddy also.
Futher, I got a call from the escalation department of Flipkart Healthplus and ensured delivery by 7:00pm. During this period, I received an SMS to get 25% off on the next order of medicine due to an apology gift without delivery of current order.
Again I called CC at 8:15pm then finally told to wait till delivery which flipkart promises for 26th July`2022 and still have 4 hours remaining.
Every once from Flipkart health Plus was making a fool of me and gave fake delivery time to make me relax.
Seriously, Sasta Sunder was a much better operator than Flipkart Heath Plus. Don't expect any order from my side and do`nt want to take this order now.

No Resolution on damaged Nasal drop
I have purchased a nasal drop with Flipkart health plus and it was delivered with open pack i.e. it was not sealed and nasal spray was also broken. I have raised the complaint with Flipkart team and shared the details along with the snaps of broken nasal. I am following up with Flipkart team since a log time but no resolution yet. I am wondering how this issue can be ignored when its related to medicine. they do big promises on the quality and really is something else.
