I received the different product in place of Laptop bed tray desk with LED desk light. It's simple damaged desk with no LED light.
I'm very disappointed with the company irresponsible delivery of wrong and damaged product.

Ordered date : 14th march
Request for the Return : Just because of Received different product as I ordered.

There is several issues with this site.
1. I made a order with one of the table from this website and select cash on deliver option. they published delivery take 3-5 business days but, I got the production on 10th working business day.
2. I mailed on their email id for the delivery status or for the tracking information, but they haven't provided anything. even they don't reply to any email as well
3. Major Issue is I received different product and I refused to accept it. but delivery guy not ready to take it back. and forcing to accept the product.
4. Second major issue, now they mentioned they have return policy, but there is not contact or email at where we can communicate.
5. After spent one hour on site i found no. where I can communicate but they didn't respond and they are not receiving call.

Product cost is 3000 and the product I received is hardly 600. Not there is no option for the return and from website end not is ready to respond.

I don't want this product anymore, i want the actual one. that I wanted and should be delivered as I seen on product page.
