Money scam
I was contacted by a person called Karthik and he told me he was from the consumer forum and he called me in view of the complaint I filed in the indian consumer forum against FM mall. And asked me to pay 10%of the lost amount as legal fee for refunding my lost money
After the amount has been paid he is now avoiding my calls and texts and I didn't get the refund also

I was again contacted by this person and he told he won't help me and he will send my money to charity
If this person is not a representative o[censored]r forum pls take necessary steps to prevent him from harassing already troubled victims
Otherwise kindly help me get a refund of the fee I paid

There is a person named Karthik kumar who has mentioned himself calling from "Consumer Forum India" reached me on 23rd Jan 2021 and told me that he would get me full refund of my money which i lost with Shine.com (one another fraud group) and he wants 10% of the overall amount for it, which he would refund it along with my money. i agreed and sent him that 10% of money since he mentioned it as per Legal charges.
