Freakykart Is an online web page where i ordered a product by watsapp medium. they shared the QR code and i paid.
The delivery date was supposed to be 11.06.2023 till 06.07.2023 they replied on watsapp text and no other medium. The reply was constantly same the order is in process.

It has been 3 months now the order is not delivered and neither they return money and no reply also...

Was requested for payment in return for product.. already paid and didn't receive the product. is not even getting responses...

I ordered smudge frame in freakykart company they asked money and I pay 1646 to them they send me a email that is your order was confirmed and shipped but when I track that order it was showing that my order was cancelled by seller or merchant and I have not cancelled my order also they don't refund my money and also not responding to my msgs and calls plzz help me...

I have ordered 2 items in freakykart worth of 1500 rupees. Days after they are not responding to my msgs and calls and not even giving any update on ordered items. I came to know that I have been cheated. Please people be aware of these kind of online fraudulent web sites. They must be punished as well....
