I ordered smudge frame in freakykart company they asked money and I pay 1646 to them they send me a email that is your order was confirmed and shipped but when I track that order it was showing that my order was cancelled by seller or merchant and I have not cancelled my order also they don't refund my money and also not responding to my msgs and calls plzz help me
