Firsty freebird abroad consultants called me their office than an amount of 70000 is asked for tourist visa from the amount 10000 is asked to deposit with them to start visa procedure. they gave me terms and conditional to read in that it was written that amount changed is refundable but by deceit took my signature on another terms and condition page in which non refundable clause was mentioned. when 1 asked them for refund of charges that i have paid, they refused to do so.
i request you to please take strict action against them and please help me to get back my refund.

This is to inform you that this is (Freebird Abroad Consultant) totally a fraud company in Chandigarh's Sector 34 Area. There is no GENUINE process in this company and CUSTOMER service is totally ###. They are just making people fool by looting their hard earned money. They use to make fake invitations and fake sponsorships. They are only interested in money. They just try to convince the CUSTOMERs for the initial payment which is RS. 10000.

This thing has recently happened to me and that's why I want to aware all of you here about this Fraud company. They asked me to pay for RS. 10, 000 initial processing fee and I paid to them their full fee. After a few days, they told me that your Sponsorship letter has come and you could view it by visiting our FreeBird Office at Sector 34, Chandigarh. But when I visited their (Freebird Abroad Consultant) office at Chandigarh, they said to me that we didn’t get any of your Sponsorship Letter yet. I was shocked and very disappointed by hearing this news from them. And then I asked for my refund of RS. 10, 000/- initial payment and they said you will get your refund in your account within 7 days from till date.
Sadly, I didn’t get my refund yet as almost 3 months are going to over. If I call their staff or on office numbers they don’t pick my calls now. This is the worst situation for me. I am not disappointed that they didn’t refund my money, but I am disappointed with that they are making false promises to their CUSTOMERs and fooling them just for money.
