I placed an order for Rathnagiri Alphanso Mangos 10 Kgs. on 01.04.2022 and made the payment thru Paytime of Rs. 646.64 inclusive of GST of Rs. 98.64 on the basic cost of Rs. 449 and Rs. 99 as one day delivery charge.

The order was duly confirmed and the Order No. is 100706. I had sent an e-mail to the ID [protected]@gmail.com given in their website providing the Order details with copy of confirmation of order as enclosure.

Since there was no response to my mail, I tried to contact them on the phone Number[protected] given in their website. However, got a voice mail saying that the number does not exist. Now I have my own reservations on the supplier.

The Address given in their website is 125, Niyati Shopping center, chalthan

I am not sure whether the said Fruit Deal is a bonafide and reliable supplier or not.

Although there is a provision to attach / add photos, e-mails I am unable to so. Kindly provide an e-mail ID per return to which I can send them.

This is repeat complaint there being no feedback on action till date.

I can send you copy of the order confirmation and also HDFC Bank payment confirmation. Kindly provide the e-mail to which these could be sent / forwarded. Kindly revert on advice and oblige.

I have ordered six dresses on fruitdeal on 29.3.22 but till now I did not receive my ordered materials.
Nowadays I found this site can't be reached so please go through the website.
I realized the website is fake so kindly take legal action against them.

On April 7, 2022, I paid Rs.564.04 online to the fruitdeal company for supply of 10 kg of mangoes at my residence in Ahmendabad. This was in response to their advertisement on the web-page of NDTV news channel.

The company was supposed to deliver the goods within 8 to 9 days, but so far there is no news or information from them. They have also not refunded to me my money.

I had provided to them my mail-id, phone number and address for delivery of the mango box.

Can you please arrange to get the amount refunded ?

I purchased mangoes online on[protected] through this website and made payments for 1036 Rs. They have committed to deliver between 2-5 days and still have not delivered. No communication it seems they are fraud. I would like to claim my money back.

I ordered Mangos online on 2nd april 2022, but it is delivered even though the delivery was to be on the 3rd April 2022

Ordered 10 Kgs of Mango and done payment of 646 with order no 131885 on 04 Apr 22, but haven't received anything so far and their website is inaccessible

I have oder baby dress from this site on 31 march and also done payment though Paytm UPI but till now i didn't get my dilivery

Fake web site. after online payment no delivery of mangos.

the freshfruitdeal.in also the same fraud web site.

why still it is not blocked.

This company pretends to sell mangoes online.
I ordered 10kgs with full payment (prepaid) via upi. I never got delivery. There's no option for cash on delivery. Tried to contact through website, that is also fake. No website, no contact details, TOTALLY SHAM!

why after no of complain form customer cybercell is not taking acting aginst this type of fake website, any why google promote such, , kindly take some legal action

Last month, I placed an order for approximately 20 kg of mangoes and paid for them. I have yet to receive it, nor have I received any email confirmation of the order. It appears to be a completely bogus website.

I purchased Mangoes of 2 different variant from Fruitdeal site and order number 101023 is generated i paid the full amount through Phone pay on 1st April 2022 . But i am unable to trace my order and it seems there contact as well as gmail id : [protected]@gmail.com is all fake, please register a complaint against them . I am attaching the order details

I have placed order for Mangos 1st April from Fruitdeal.in ( It was through rediff advertisement sections). It is for 20 Kg two different varieties. It was supposed to reach to me by 3rd April.
However till now I have not received the fruits. Nor there is any communication from the Fruitdeal website.
Please do the needful.

I had ordered 10kg alphanso mango from Fruitdeal website with 24hr delivery time. Its total fake website it seems they just gave 1 order number on the final page after payment. No further details or even SMS from website about confirmation of the order forget about delivery. My father saw their advertisement on YouTube and asked me to order. YouTube should refrain from showing Ads from such fake websites.

I have ordered mangoes from www.fruitdeal.in website. Also, I have made online payment. After ordering, I didn't get order notification via emai or mobile number. Then, I realised this is fake website and saw videos on YouTube about this website.
I'm attaching ordered summary with this complaint. Request you to help me to get my refund as soon as possible.

I ordered mango 20kg for the cost of 1180 rupees. I didn't receive my delevery and don't see its status, I've been deceived. It's fraud and scam, don't believe on YouTube adds as i got it from YouTube.

Mangos 10 kgs ordered through online of FRUIT DEAL and payment has been made through debit card via Paytm and no confirmation received from FRUITDEAL for the payment receipt as well as for order delivery date.

Company is fraudulent, it's address is not revealed. It collects crores of rupees from gullible public promising delivery of mangoes but never does so. Google and YouTube are supporting this ad. They have to remove this ad from their search engine.

Two sets of kids dresses and 10kg of mangoes ordered for a 24:hour delivery, items are not received even after three days.Thei contact number [protected] is not working.

I have ordered a baby dress for my grand daughter who lives in srikakulam of andhrapradesh . I ordered it in FRUIT DEAL. the website address mentioned in chrome browser is fruitdeal.in.

I had ordered mangoes from fruitdeal.in after an ad was shown via google ads. So google should be also responsible for the loss we made.
I had ordered 10kg mangoes at the website and paid online via paytm Rs.1117.46/- on 30 March 2022. I have also taken a screenshot of the checkout page and payment has been successful.
After that when the order ID was not shown and no email was received I tried to contact the number given but was not working. Emailed them but no reply.

I deposited Rs 1100 online for purchase of Mangoes.Unable to track.Customerservice number [protected] is not available

I have placed an order for clothes worth Rs.1172.92/- and paid through my Debit card but I have not received any order confirmation Massage.
feeling that this is a fake website, kindly help to get repayment.

Placed order for two varieties of mangoes 10 kgs each along with shipping of total 1058. Came to know that it is a fraud company. Kindly get the refund for the same by teaching these culprits a good lesson.

This company takes online payment and never deliver the product. they don't have cash on delivery option.email id and contact number is also fake.

Paid 600 rupees but got no confirmation on mail as well as mobile number. It’s total fraud. I mean, how can YouTube allow such ads on their platform. Contact number is fake, Costumer care number is fake, address is fake. Everything is bogus. Stay away from this fraudulent website.

Cheating people by taking their debit card information. I paid 351.64 for 10 kilos of raspuri mangoes. Order number 61916. This is a fraud site. They are cheating by quoting really low prices and advertising on social media big time.
