Recently i had visited shimla and had purchase lee jackets which showed 40% off. The original price mention on the tag mrp. Rs.6999.00 which is inclusive of all taxes but the bill issued to me is off rs.4410.00, bno.-6217 dated 18/03/2016 to my knowledge i am being 5% extra. Non Issue of Bill for toffees in lieu of change of Re 1.

The shop named above is giving toffees in lieu of change of Re1/- (sorry for not putting new rupee sign). Item in lieu of money change is akin to buying it however no bill is being given for the toffees. Secondly, there is no MRP on the toffees being given which raises doubts about the genuineness of the product....
