Hi, I bought lg oled 48 inch tv and lg brand store give me coupons of Rs 10, 000 giffiti .

I bought items of worth Rs 10, 000 from giffiti web app on 01st Jan 2022.

But as of today 22 feb 2022, order is not delivered and it's in pending status..

I think giffiti is a fake company...

I ordered a new phone om 17 November and it's been a month and till now i didn't received the product...

Lg have provided giffiti gift vouchers for rs. 5000 towards pre booking offers for purchasing 55 inch led tv during the offer period that is may 25 2020.
I have claimed the voucher at giffiti website and placed order on 18.08.2020. Almost one month completed but my order was not delivered.
I have even mailed so many times to giffifti but no response from giffiti.
Their customer care number is also not working.
