Giffiti Technologies — giffiti not delivering orders against gift vouchers for buying a lg tv by pre booking offers

U have provided 2000gift vouchers for us,
I ordered 2qty of shoes but that quality and lays holes are very less, already 1and half month gone no response how many times and gave complent mail and all no body gave response all are working useless people and third class services order I'd 16599, all are cheaters.they told me there was no option for returns in image showing defrent
It is looking like a fraud run by the giffiti web site, which in turn ruin the name of lg electronics india.

The products are listed with double or triple the market cost. Also, they don't deliver some items if you have used the gift coupon. I have been following up on my order from sep 20. its partially shipped. when i call, they always respond as item is not in stock and will me made available next week. This is continuing from Sep2020.

Lg have provided giffiti gift vouchers for rs. 3000towards pre booking offers for purchasing ac during the offer period .
I have claimed the voucher at giffiti website and placed order on 8.02.2022. Almost 5 month completed but my order was not delivered.still is in processing
I have even mailed so many times to giffifti but no response from giffiti.
Their customer care number is also not working.
It is looking like a fraud run by the giffiti web site, which in turn ruin the name of lg electronics india.
Please look into it and resolve the issue as early as possible.
