I have done a helicopter booking with Global Vectra for the journey dated: Journey Date:[protected].
Few weeks later, I received a phone call and email from global Vectra team that they will initiate a cancellation because sufficient number of passengers are not there on that day to continue with the booking.

I have received cancellation email on 16th May. Today its 18th july, more than 2 months, and I have still not...

Our flight got cancelled due to the sheer negligence and wrong and no info about the time bound Darshan at Mata Vaishno devi. Global Vectra are cheaters completely business oriented, no religious ethics. We want our refund of five tickets dated 19 May 2023....

We booked two tickets (PNR : MVDH4071844) and (PNR: MVDH4071838) for Mata Vaishno Devi. Flight date was 09/Nov/2022 and both of the tickets got cancelled due to bad weather. We were provided with the stamped acknowledgement of cancelled tickets and still waiting for refund. Can you please look into the matter and arrange the refund....

Dear team , I booked helicopter for maa vashno devi yatra ... details are : MVDH 199663 total no. Of passenger:-5 booking date : 17/07/11 travel date : 05/08/2011. I cancelled booking the very same day when i booked....but I have not received my refund amount .. please look into this matter Abhay [protected]/ [protected]...

This is to bring to kind notice that I have booked Helicopter ticket of Maa Vaishno Devi for 10/07/2022 having booking code for JAISAWAN KUMAR SINHA + 5 is OUEF088. I have done booking by paying Rs. 10800.00 (Ten Thousands and Eight Hundred only) online at below link: https://tinyurl.com/2fgdr5qo . The online payment was made on 09/07/2022. Flight was cancelled due to bad weather and original boarding pass and relevant documents were submitted at the counter of Global Vectra, Katra. In terms and conditions, it was clearly mentioned that full refund is applicable in case of cancellation due to bad weather. But even after passing of 17 days, no refund has been done yet. And the contact no. given by them is approachable. Kindly do the needful.

for last 1 week, i am trying to cancel the tickets dated 12 October 2011 booked for 5 people.

But the mail id given on their website is of no use. I havn't got any response from Global Vectra on the same. The mobile no. given is temporarily out of service.

I dont know what to do now.
