Hi - This is to bring to your kind notice that on 03/4/23 we have placed the Richfeel Calandula Soap and payment of Rs 934.48 has been made thru gpay, But Fistcry confirmed that the payment not received and cancelled the order 20526012VWC870144C

But the amout got debited from my account and my saving account bank also confirmed thru written that the payment has been credited to the firstcry.

I executed a bsnl bill payment through iob net banking for amount of rs.630 on 22.04.2016. The amount was debited from my account but not credited to the concerned bsnl account. Kindly do the needful (Refund).
