I have applied for Trademark Registration. My application is under hearing. Mr Sagar Gupta from H R Gupta and Company. He promised me that if we pay him fees, he can get us desired Trademark with in 2 days. But now after payment, they are not answering our calls and denies of any services and also refuses for refund....

Like hikvision and many more mujhe name bheje maine online check kiye unko certificate mile jisme h r & company ka hi name dala hua tha. Maine yakin kar liya aur unko 32000 rs daal diye. Ab wo na to phone pick kar rahe hai. Aur na hi mera copyright k liye apply bhi nahi kiya hai. Mere sath in logo ne scam kar diya hai.
