I have complaint many to cust care on phone . One time i sent but problem not solved.Then after many times i complained but no body respond till date.

CPU FRONT PORT DULL

maine apna computer[protected] ko liya tha tabhi se cpu ke aage ke port khraab ha pehle complaint bhi karai thi or engeeniar bhi aaya tha par usne thik nahi kiya usne kaha ke new port delhi se aayenge tabhi se khraab ha uske baad bhi complaint karaai par koi bhi response nahi mila na to aapke taraf se or na hi service centre ki taraf se jab bhi uske pass jate ha tabhi wo complaint ki kehta ha or karta kuch nahi plz aap bata do kb tak mere cpu ke port change honge

HCL Desktop — Desktop printer port problem
I have purchased a computer, it has warranty of 3 years from date of purchasing . Now my printer port started creating problem so much .So i complaint against it in company , first 3 times they did not picked my call and not answered and repeating only one sentence "how may...HCL — Cpu
Sir,My DVD room is not working, my PC is still in warranty period I has sent sms also to hcl touch but their is no response.So plz take action for my problem.

with due to respect i want to say that i purchase the desktop computer on 3/2/2012.its serial number is B1138C277361 ,my computer hardware problem that hardware does not received the power supply so i request you to repair the my hardware as soon as possible.and my compliant id number is [protected] but doesn't response.

I have purchased a computer no 4113AA150321 from Mahamaya Computer, Sambalpur on 04/07/2011 but surprisingly it stops started working after one month local computer expert says the mother board is corrupt, what ever it may be but the most improtant thing is that HCL's service is very very poor and you have to wait for months for you computer to be repaired. I want to go to Consumer court what should I do ? Please suggest.

HCL Desktop — spark in cpu
after starting and running for almost 5 minutes, there is some spark in cpu and MCB of my house goes off. It happened twice. However I did'nt try again. I tried hard for two hour to complain on customer care but no body picked the phone. It is requested that the complained be rectified immediately.
