HDFC Home Loan Complaints & Reviews

I took home loan[protected] from HDFC in 2013 from bangalore and my loan got closed in 2020. By this time, I got relocated to UAE. Since my daughter had medical issues and was in treatment, I couldn't travel to bangalore to collect back the documents. Now I am sending mail to them to send the documents as courier from past 2 - 3 weeks and there is no response from them. customer. [protected]@hdfc.com. No one is bothered to return back...

Hdfc customer care person called me for home loan with lowest interest rate but I said I already have home with another concern then he said if I pay 12000rs processing fee Hdfc will process Balance transfer with top up loan. I said OK and uploaded all documents also paid 12000rs through online after few days they said you are not meeting our requirements. Why don't they say before payment it's completely cheating. When I asked my Hdfc contact person he said the process crossed 60days thatsy it's closed... It's obvious that if we request any document with current bank they will delay as they don't allow to leave their customer so kind of this situation there would be some delay in providing documents. I lost my hard earned money 12000rs now.
