I took home loan[protected] from HDFC in 2013 from bangalore and my loan got closed in 2020. By this time, I got relocated to UAE. Since my daughter had medical issues and was in treatment, I couldn't travel to bangalore to collect back the documents. Now I am sending mail to them to send the documents as courier from past 2 - 3 weeks and there is no response from them. customer. [protected]@hdfc.com. No one is bothered to return back my flat documents (sale deed) which is with them. Not even responding to my mail. I have repaid the home loan along with a huge amount of interest to hdfc which is hard earned money of me for the work I did in my life time. This is a kind of cheating and definetly legal action should be taken against them.
