Since 29th March there is no power in meter, and also have recharged smart meter, so we couldn't understand the problem, please resolve this quickly

Alok Takalkar, house no. 145/A Silver Oaks Colony, Annapurna Road, Indore has been wasting a lot of water. Every night he uses the big water pipe and wash his vehicles leading to water wastage and entire road from his house till next corner of the colony, it becomes very difficult for the colony members as entire road is filled with water and becomes slippery. Risky for kids and old people to walk on.

Please take some action against them

I place a request for service on 6June 2022, request no [protected], but 10 days already gone and there is no response from your end. Today (15 June 2022) when I again called your customer care they asking for another 96 hours this is disgusting. They also provide me phone numbers of their seniors Mr. Ashok Yadav and Mr Ravi Sethi bot non of them bother to pickup my phone. You make fool to your valuable customers who trust in your brand. I am very disappointed of your after sales service. It is totally failure of management

My complain is that in my area sewage water come to the street and sometimes in front of the gate when overflow of water occurs. The problem is caused because roads are below the sewage level and no maintenance is given to the area. I with my neighbours are facing this problem from last 5 months.

Powercut issue since 4- 5 hours.

Myself phani, house no-2-56-8, bhaskar nagar, near more super market, kakinada.

We are facing a problem with the trees in front of our home. They grown tall and touching electrical main wires. We are facing problem with sparks whenever the trees touching electrical wires for small winds. During rainy season its horrible. As it is near by our walking corridor, so it can cause any danger to the children or elders who visit our home.
So, kindly consider our problem and try to resolve as soon as possible.

Lane no.26 opp. To 30-773 building vinayak nagar, near santoshima temple 500056 there is a plot of 200+ sq. Yards. Permission given for 5 floors. Honestly speaking a car won't fit properly in lane no. 26 and how come 5 floors permission. He is just building 5 floors with no open area no proper protection no proper parking facility for 5 floors flats.

The builder is planning for 20 + flats just imagine each family has 1min vehicle where they will place where no proper parking facility given. The road is 10 feet but everyone moved forward very very conjusted to get in. He is planning for lift no fire planning no rescue planning nothing is there.

Pillars were digged as normal for 2 floors and they are constructing 5 floors i do not know how long that would be.

First thing i don't understand how government has given permission of 5 floors construction for just 200+sq yards plot and just 10feet wide road.

Please look in to this on very high priority and please stop this construction for safety of others.
The construction was stopped as permission was for 3 floors and it started again and completed 5th floor as well. Why no action taken.

House in Plot no. 88 of Vaidehinagar (Sahebnagar Kalan) Vanasthalipuram is being utilsed for catering purpose. Very often they will be getting orders. When ever there is an order, there will be a big mob of labourers disturbing with their loud voices and with noise o[censored]tensils while preparing the food and cleaning . They are storing domestic gas Cylinders unauthorizedly and using them for cooking purpose. If any untoward incident happens, no safety measure is provided. They used to prepare non veg dishes also. The smell which may be emanating while preparing the dishes are unbearable and we can not open our windows too. For taking/ delivering food, there will always good number of vehicles with good number of labourers to carry the dishes. The remains of the food is being thrown in the drianage, with the result very often there is drianage blockage.This you can confirm with severage department. Due to blockage of drianage rats are being attracted and destoying the neighbours under ground dranage pipelines.Necessary action, may kindly be taken at the earliest. The complaint may kindly be kept confidential.

Municioal corporation water pipe was damaged seven days ago by during road repair work. Water has been flowing into residential premises at no.2256, vinoba road (Near quorum hotel) i complained two times : (1) mys-jh-eng-!*[protected] on 2/6/2018; and (2) mys-jh-eng[protected] on 3/6/2018. The complaint has not been rectified till today, and water continues to flow into my residential premises. Please attend to the complaint today.

Dear Sir/Madam, I, Sayan Das (Consumer ID :[protected], am a resident of Rishi Aurobindo Road, Madhyamgram, Kolkata - 700130. Recently there has been an installation of a transformer at our locality. It is built on a very narrow lane of width 8ft. The lane itself is surrounded with Betalnut trees and Cocunut trees on its sides. It is installed very close to our house at a distance of less than 3ft - 4ft. I fear that it might lead to health problems due to its installation close to our house and on such narrow lane. Please do the needful for proper installation of it so that it might not cause any harm to our surroundings. Thanks, Sayan Das

our landlord has been harassing us ever since we moved into his house 2 yrs back. 1st of all he doesnt gives us the bescom and water supply bill. he just writes the amount on a piece of paper and gives it to us and we have to pay him that. 2ndly he fights for the servants we keep in our house. he doesnt wants us to keep a single servant in the house. there should also be no guests(outstation or casual visits) in the house. whenever some outstation guests come he increases the bill of electricity and water. as it is the electricity bill comes to a very high amount. we have checked the meter also and are not able to say why. we had navratra pooja for the last eight days. he even objects for the priests performing the pooja. when we pay him whatever aamount he says what is his problem? can we take him to the consumer court?
