My account was hacked on july 2022, I have been trying to retrieve my account since then. At first they are responding to my emails, and when this august, i tried to contect them again for the 3rd time, after getting my retrieval process being declined FOR THE 2nd time. This time i added MOST of my info i know and i added refund with the recipts i have. now, today, they are no longer responding to my emails, and yes, its completely being ignored when i bring up money. Don't let me start on this. Being honest or not, we all know that hoyoverse account support is the worst.

    It has been more than 5 months since my gmail account got hacked, and hence I'm not able to get the verification code and because of that I'm not able to login to my game, I have filled the hoyo pass form two times, they said it'll take only 20 days but it has been over a month and now i have emailed them almost 10 times, now they just doesn't reply, they ignoring my emails. I have spent around $100 in that game. I simply want my genshin account back.

        I was logging in first they send a popup that connection to server lost and after that they send another popup that they have banned my account for using plugins this is really very unfair i spent so much money on this game and this is what i get why would i use any plugins or whatever and risk my account.

          I was just logging in as i do daily and first they send a popup conection to server lost and then a popup that they banned my account for using plugins please help i spent so much money in this game and they banned my account why would i risk my account using any plugins this is very sad its not fair please help or i will file a complaint against them to the police.

            My Asia server Genshin Impact game account has been hacked, it's been half a year now but my forms are all rejected. I've never felt so useless on my first receipt, even though I've submitted all the receipts I have. I spent $50 on this game, as a result I can't retrieve my lost account. I can neither restore it nor request a refund. I don't understand why the information I provided is correct but the request was denied. I'm the one who created that account, but Customer Service made me feel so hopeless. I even sent an email asking them to investigate and ban it so that it wouldn't be illegally traded by others, as a result they ignored my email. They told me to learn from other players who have successfully recovered their accounts, I don't want to tell Customer Service that those players after being rejected by Global Customer Service asked Japanese Customer Service for help, then they were able to successfully access their accounts.
