After 13 days use Induction not working. I complain to customer support they say issue resolve in 6 working but now more then 10 days. they can not response properly. Amazon have the fake customer for review of this product

I purchased i bell induction from Amazon online on September 2021, now induction not working, i complaint to i bell costomer care 20 days back, because induction is 2 years warranty, but still not action from i bell costomer care.

I purchased I Bell's Induction cooktop from amazon website and there they have written 2 years warranty.
When I got the product in that it is written 1 year warranty and 1 year extra warranty to those who register the product online OR via Call OR via Whatsapp OR Email.
I tried all but got the following repsonses:
Call [[protected]] - It rings and went to ever ending process and after some time the call hang up.
Whatsapp [[protected]] - No reply nothing came out in the whats app
Email [[protected]@ibellstore.com] - The email address is not found according to Gmail.
Website [www.ibellcare.com] - There website gives no response back.

I want my warranty to be extended and the services to be provided.
