hello,

This is regarding my " term Policy no.15134070" i have been requesting multiple times to ICICI pru insurance to revive my Term policy for which i have been paying from past 13-14 years.
Due to failure of auto debit from my bank & ignorance, the debit wasn't made for policy but that doesn't mean that you will lapse my policy of more than a decade.

I have called mr. Nikam and ms. Shrug agents and icicipru executive to cancel policy application no. Os10303129 during trial period but no response
I need my refund of premium as this policy doesn't cover mediclaim which i need and premium also high even i m not interested in life insurance included in this product
Please refund the premium
