I had Citibank Credit Cards issued way back in 2005 / 2007. Both the Cards has been closed successfully. But When I tried applying for a Home Loan, I was informed that the Two Credit Cards are affecting my CIBIL Score. The Status of both the cards has been put as Post (WO) Settled, whereas, I was informed by the Citibank Customer Agent that they will send the NOC to CIBIL and get it corrected.
