Individial — Credit Cards way back in 2005/2007 affecting my CIBIL Score

I had Citibank Credit Cards issued way back in 2005 / 2007. Both the Cards has been closed successfully. But When I tried applying for a Home Loan, I was informed that the Two Credit Cards are affecting my CIBIL Score. The Status of both the cards has been put as Post (WO) Settled, whereas, I was informed by the Citibank Customer Agent that they will send the NOC to CIBIL and get it corrected. However, nothing was done by the Bank. My CIBIL Score is still affecting because of these two entries. Otherwise, I have a very good Credit history. Please correct them as soon as possible, so as to improve my CIBIL Score.
