My Vehicle No is DL7CS8262
While travelling from Mumbai to Pune on 19 Mar 2023, Rs. 203 debited from my Fastag Account at Khalapur toll at 19/03/23, 12.36 but at Talegaon Toll, I was forced to pay Rs 406 in cash at 19/03/23, 13.48 as Fastag was having low balance while I should have been charged Rs 67+ Rs 67 = Rs 134 only.

On 19th November 2020 at 8.38 AM -- 61.50 Rs. return toll was taken in cash at Shedung NH48 toll plaza.
We ask about Fast Tag, they said that its your choice cash or Fast tag used for to pay toll amount, so we choose cash and payed above amount.
After around 1 hour we received bank message which linked to the fast tag that your toll amount is deducted from fast tag balance.
