Irb Mp Expressway Private Limited — Double debit of toll amount at Shedung toll plaza

On 19th November 2020 at 8.38 AM -- 61.50 Rs. return toll was taken in cash at Shedung NH48 toll plaza.

We ask about Fast Tag, they said that its your choice cash or Fast tag used for to pay toll amount, so we choose cash and payed above amount.

After around 1 hour we received bank message which linked to the fast tag that your toll amount is deducted from fast tag balance.

On 19th November 2020 at 08.39 AM -- 41 Rs. Single side toll was taken from Fast tag at Shedung NH48 toll plaza.

So, double amount is taken at toll plaza.

I am here with request you to refund 41Rs. to my Fast tag.
