Fake Job offer and Certifcation Course

I am Vijaylaxmi Thiyagaraj residing at Kurla East, Nehru Nagar.On Date 14/03/22 I received a job offer letter from Medexus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Company HR’s name was Vasvi Shukla who gave a brief description of company to me on phone call and asked to share my updated resume. First round of telephonic interview was on 16/03/22.After that Online Technical Test Link was given to me.I cleared both the rounds.On date 18/03/22 my third round was taken by Operation Manager, Joseph Morgan through vedio call.I got confirmation letter on 18/03/22 from Medexus Pharma for the role of Data Scientist and was asked to submit all my documents.For the 4th round of interview they wanted me to do Tableau Certification Course and submit the certificate.Vasvi Shukla said she will send me the course link I have to give my personal details and the institute will call me.The course fees should be under Rs.20, 000 and company will reimburse the amount in my first Pay check.
I got a call from IT Training Institute located in Mumbai, Malad West.The Tableau course fees was Rs.17, 668.HR asked me to pay the fees and send me the invoice of payment to complete my candidature for further round of interview.I paid the fees on 19-03-22 Rs.17, 668 to IT Training Institute, Mumbai.My trainer name was Rijin Desujaa.Notes and certificate was given to me by Naina Sharma and Priyanshi Sharma .I gave my Tableau certification exam on 27/03/22.Tableau Certificate was submitted to HR Vasvi Shukla on 28/03/22 she said I will forward your certificate to my board team after validation I will conduct your final round. It will take 24 to 32 hours.Since then she has not received any of my calls.I conveyed all this to IT Training Institute, Mumbai their executives Vikas and Manisha behaved rudely and said do whatever you want to do and they are ignoring my calls.
This entire fake job process was done to make me pay for the Tableau course and they got escaped.I would kindly request you to please help me get refund from the Institution and cancel my certificate make it null and void so that I cannot use it in future.I urge you to take strict action against HR Vasvi Shukla who has done this fraudulent.

Received a call from an HR (Tejaswini Sahu, ) claiming to be from "Medexus Pharmaceuticals" offering a job the role of Data scientist. After clearing the so called HR round over a call, I was asked to give a test on Tableau for certification to move to the next round. Even after not getting enough score, she gave me a chance to the next round which was with the so called OPS Manager. No face showed during interview, only voice. Situational questions were asked, and I was congratulated for clearing the interview. And to further the process, I was asked to get a Tableau Desktop Professional Certification so that I am eligible for the position. They sent a from to fill which would allow different institutions to contact me for the course and certification. (this was just a sham, it was the same people calling as people from the "IT Training Institute" ). The HR also asked me to call her once the Institute contacted me to confirm and validate their authenticity (this was to confirm it was their people only). After they validated the institute they ask you to send your personal details (edu documents) with the invoice of the course (17698/-), I asked for a discount so they said 14999/-. The HR will ask you to rush with sending the invoice and the payment on the same day. Once the payment is done, they will send an invoice which i have attached. the payment gateway link is ( https://one.clear.in/p/fDlnwm ). After the payment, the so called trainer from the so called Institute will call you from a number that is not existing (Rijin Desujaa - +91 [protected]) to confirm your class. I attended the first class on 19 April, 2022 which was conducted on call through my smart phone by sharing my laptop screen with them via anydesk. The material is very basic and available online and the trainer does not know anything about the subject. she was just reading whatever was in the slides. The second day it was scheduled at 4pm and the moment I raised concern to the HR (tejaswini), she blames the institute and wont receive my calls and the email address is not found anymore. And the people from the training institute have no number or anything to be contacted, just an email which they do not respond to.
I have requested for the refund of my course and after one email, nobody seems to be responding.

I got a call from a HR (Shruti Jain) saying they're setting up a new firm in Bangalore, India. hiring for data scientist role for axicorp company which is german based company.(which is a pharma firm, with operations only in Germany and their original website is AXICORP.de)
They took all rounds HR, Technical test, managerial round.
after sending a confirmation letter. They gave a feedback saying I need to have knowledge on Tableau. So they asked me to get a Tableau desktop professional certificate and HR recommended me a IT Training Institute by sending a link. The HR asked me to pay the fees and send all the details of the invoice so that course fees will be reimbursed in my first salary.
I borrowed money for the Course fees Rs 17, 698.82 from my sister. Training duration was just 7 days. IT training institute trainer Priyanshi sharma took a course who had very less knowledge about the course and provided me a fake certificate.
When I tried to contact HR to send a certificate both IT training institute and HR's numbers were off.
This is a professional scam which is done systematically. Please, don't fall for this trap and waste your money. Ultimately, they want to trap people who are in need of job.

This institute is running a scam in name of providing the job to the job seekers. They first contact you in name of a established company and then refer you to complete the tableau course from them. Hey I request to refund your amount as soon as possible as it is not worth the money. May I know are you doing this course referred my HR, who offered you a job confirmation?

This is a scam first they provide a job then ask for money and the job to me was provided by Arkon India private limited from [protected]@akorn.co.in this mail id which is fake after confirming to the original Arkon company secondly they ask you to do an online course for which company will provide compensation of 20k then this it training institute comes in play ask of money to provide you a course which I haven't taken but when you ask them regarding refund they will come with lame ideas so better be safe and if anyone gets mail from them just ignore and else if you have got scammed comment in my form because I have filed complaints against them in IT cell hopefully sooner or later these scammers will be behind the bar

Scam on the name of certification course

Yesterday I registered at a Tableau Association link after which I was contacted by a company named IT Training Institute based out of Malad Mumbai. They told me that they can provide me the certification course and the certificate within 10 days. They shared the information brochure of the course with me and I was convinced also the certificate was necessary for me to get the job in a company which I was offered yeasterday only. After that I enrolled on there platform through the link provided by them and then they sent me the unpaid invoice and a payment link. As I clicked on the payment link I was redirected to the payment gateway named oneclear. From there I choosed the UPI option for the payment and my payment was successful but it took a little bit time. Then I shared the payment success screenshot with them over the mail but still they are not ready to share the paid invoice with me neither they enrolled me in any course despite of paying the total amount. Due to them not shraing the paid invoice one of my job offer from the company is cancelled and my money is also deducted but they are not responding to the issue.

Updated by SharmaVatsal The issue is still not resolved and after my previous update they only paid me Rs 5000 and are asking me to remove my complaint from this site then only they will give me rest money. I borrowed the money from someone and now they are not returning it and I am facing the issues. Please do help me to get all my money back. I hve added the screenshot of the payment of Rs5000 that they paid me. The payment was done by one of their counsellor who is handling my issue.

You are presenting a wrong image of the institute. As per conversation with the counsellor you have asked the institute to make a payment of Rs.5000/- first then you would take down the complaint, but unfortunately you are not living upto your promise and falsely accusing the institute of wrong doing. The institute simply asked you not to put falsely allegation but instead of taking down the complaint you are putting more allegation over a pity issue like this.
In the conversation you are talking about your fathers cancer also that you need money to take care of him, the counsellor gave his salary as his boss has asked him to get the complaint down first and you were ok to it and also confirmed that you will wait till Monday.
To be honest you are loosing the credibility and also the trust factor of the institute which is ready to pay you every single penny that you have paid.
You are also aware that due to your bank not confirming the payment earlier your payment got stuck and it was the institute who confirmed the same, and even before we confirming the same within a day you put this post on consumercomplaint.
The institute is ready to make the entire payment but the institute does demand first to get this post removed first and the institute will make the full payment without a doubt.

After you made the payment through the payment gateway of clear one it was your bank who did not respond to our payment gateway and your money got stuck, we made you aware of that. You made the payment on February 28, 2022 and you didnt even waited for the institute to get back to you with the information and posted this review on consumer forum blog. Let me remind you that consumer forum is just a blog and will not help you to get you even a single penny, I really dont understand that why are you even begging them to get you money.
The Institute is the only one who understands your pain about your Father's Blood Cancer excuses and we are still willing to refund the entire amount and for that we even asked you to remove this blog post from consumercomplaints and you made a false promise that you will get it removed by Monday but unfortunately you decided not to wait and post another blog on this forum, which is actually challenging your credibility of being a genuine customer.
The training institute teaches student who pays the amount through our payment gateway but in your scenario it was your Bank Of India's fault that lead us to misery.
Vatsal as per last conversation with the institute you promised that you will get this post removed from the blog but let me remind you that there would be no option to get it removed from here and we as an Institute will always loose business because of this and you would loose nothing, We are sure that you will not pay for the losses that would incur through this post.

If your an actually organisation PATHETIC, no actual institute would withhold and demand a client to such. To ensure trust, a organisation would return the money and wouldn’t play games in such matters. This organisation claims only if Vatal takes down the post then only they will return the money pathetic, unprofessional way of dealing business. Vatal mate keep fighting.
