Insult of guest by hotel staff
Respected Sir/Madam,
We are writing this mail as we were tourists n got insulted in your town….
We had asked them to finalise the room for 3 [protected]@ 4500 n they agreed but on the very 1st day of our day there was construction noise we told them we want to check out but they said no n changed our room to suite even in suite room there was disturbance next morning we told them we want to check out.They charged us 5000 n refused to stand on their words of 4500 per night.
Not only this a receptionist named SANGEETA suddenly took one dirty towel n said we have got this from ur room you have damaged hotel’s property.That towel wasnt ours we hadnt use it.She did that intentionally to insult us in front of everyone…That was so insulting she was even very rude to us….We told them it is not ours still u r showing us we will pay for it but she said no u pay 5000 n leave…She behaved as if she doesnt want any guest to stay in this hotel..Even RAHUL TIWARI was fraud….This hotel is cheater n fraud…
I hope you will look upon this matter and take some serious action so that it will not happen with any other tourist in your area..We come to contribute to your economy not to get being insulted…

Theft of my jewellery

I stayed in the hotel itc maurya delhi 6 to 7th of july & Some of my belongings remained incapacitated there and your staff did not even consider it necessary to return it, nor did they call me and tell me and when I called and asked, they did not reply, then called many times and then we could talk. I didn't get all my stuff even after going, now tell me what should I do, before giving me any answer, who will be responsible for this my item is very costly approx 3.5 lakhs

Not received refund on e-gift card.

I had placed an order for a gift card from ITC. They have outsourced this to woohoo. However, the money got debited and and yet the gift are was not confirmed. I had tried reaching woohoo to no avail via email, chat and call. They are unresponsive. There is no response from ITC either event after I filed a complaint. My order number is [protected]

complaint against a party arranged at ur welcome hotel, dwarka on 1st july 2018

I rahul jain ([protected]) co vardhman traders arrange a function of 170 pax at urs viceroy hall, welcome hotel, dwarka sec-10 on 1st july, 2018 for which i have made a payment of rs.382270/-
I was very disappointed from the arrangement on that day. The quality of the arrangement is very poor. Some of the problems are:-
1) my mg is 170 but the food is only for around 100 people bt i have made the payment for 170 in advance
2) there are six chat counters in my menu bt there are only 4 counters over there
3) all chat counters are arranged on two tables in a very poor manner
4) there are no folks and spoons on the counters
5) service waiters are around 5-6 in nos. But i have told in starting that there will be around 20 waiters at ur function
6) there are not sufficient breads for food, my guest is waiting for a period of 20-25 min for breads
7) misbehave is done by ur chefs and ground staff
8) ac is not working at all and when asked again nd again for ac, they told that there is some internal faults in ac panel
9) urs managers divjot kaur, abhishek arora, dev, sachin and urs chefs are not hearing at all and left the party when asked again nd again and even not receiving calls.
Overall the arrangement is of very poor quality
I request u to take a serious action against it and specially urs banquet managers as divjot kaur ([protected]), abhishek arora ([protected])

plastic in my food

I am a regular customer at delhi pavilion sheraton saket.
I love the food and the mississippi mud cake there.
But today’s experience took your client away.
There was plastic in my cake.
I asked the staff to check it. They called up the chef who just came and apologised.
U know why a person visits a five star property. Because of what and how you serve. But i m sorry to say u guys are no better than the thela wala on roadside.
I can expect such an act of negligence from them but not from you.
U lost a permanent customer o[censored]rs. And i will make sure non of my close ones visit you.

On 31/3/[protected]@ 10:50p. M in grand ridge near shilparamam, tirupati, ap. Pin-517501. One of management staff k. Mahesh did misbehaving with us. Im asking u that how can u recruit these type of people. I said i will complaint to itc consumer forum, then by laughing he said go and complaint to labour forum, i[censored] complained to our md to i wont have any problem. Felt very shame about itc, these people are going to damage your reputation, i hope you will take action on him. You can check the cc tv

Cheating and Misbehaving

My name is Rohit Dubey working for ITC hotels as a Wellness Manager, I was travelling with Ola cab last night from VIJYA NAGAR to YASHWANTHPUR and the taxi driver has cheated me badly, he was supposed to Drop us at HEBBAL and he dropped me at YASHWANTHPUR, top of it he charged me 456/- which is completly cheating to a customer. And after asking for the same he was misbehaving. When checked with the local Auto driver for the same it was not the fare rent. My request to the Authority to come back to me with the fare decision. Otherwise Whatever action I have to take against that Driver and the Company I would go further.

4. I wrote to Mr Nakul Anand, M D, ITC Hotels, 25, Community Centre, Basant Lok, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi 110 057 (email: customer.[protected]@itchotels.in) on 20 May 2014. NO REPLY.
I appreciate if I can get my legitimate gift vouchers which I earned by staying in ITC Hotels as Director, Allahabad Bank for 3 years.
