I ordered a shoe from your website with order number G10217 model number nike dunk low retro prm year of the rabbit white crimson varsity royal.
The order Delievered is a used shoe and not the product I ordered.

I’m writing this mail regarding getting the wrong pair of shoes in the Order Id: G4260. As I ordered a pair of “Jordan 1 Retro High OG Palomino” which cost Rs 2199/- but as I open the box I got fake Black Shoes which costs not more than Rs 200/-. I’m sharing you the screenshot of the parcel which I get. Please see into the matter and refund me the amount of Rs 2199/- which I paid.

Hi my name is Vipul, i ordered shoes of adidas of value worth 2200 Rs as i reieved the order i saw its altogether different pair of shoes which is 3rd grade quality and different in design, frauds happens. And the delivery partner is big company altogether when i called them they are like we are delivery partner now while i see the delivery partner is very reputed company delhivery if they can do fraud with having partnering with delhivery its totally wrong and fraud i strongly object delhivery check the companies with whom you guys are dealing fraud and bakwas rubbish (Company name www.itsshoesup.in )
